OUR PHILOSOPHY

We emphasizes 30% protein from food and shakes, along with up to 30% fats with more omega-3 and less saturated fat than in most people’s diets, and 40% carbohydrates from fruits, vegetables and whole grains, including 25 grams of fiber per day from food and supplements and only a limited amount of rened carbohydrates, such as cakes, cookies, pastries, and breads.

OUR SECRET

Lots of people believe that doing exercise will loose weight or get rid of health challenges. But we believe that only 20% contribution is needed for your Fitness as far as exercise is concerned. The rest 80% is all about your food i.e. Nutrition you intake during the weight management program. And of course you need to be 100% mentally fit. Get the Body and Health you have always wanted...!

What we have done

We have started changing people's live in Pune in the physical club and since lockdown, we are Virtual as well. So far with the help of our parent system Neutrino (the Nutrition Club) , we have helped more than to Twenty Thousand (20000+)  participants & 15000+ families across India and abroad.

We have a flagship program called Time Targeted Weight Management popularly known as TTWM. In this program we are helping all our participants to achieve their health goal, primarily Weight Management. And during this we guide them how to live Healthy Active Lifestyle which helps them to improve their health.
